 To Obtain a license in the British Virgin Islands is very easy, if this is your first time around, all you need is a valid Passport, if you are a divorcee or widow, you need to have a copy of your divorce or death certificate along with a valid Passport.

 If you are getting married by a Minister you will need to purchase a stamp from the Post Office for $110.00 in addition to the license cost of $100.00. You will also need to be in the British Virgin Islands at least three business days for the license to be approved.
